Project Coordinator UEFA Women’s EURO 2021 (m|w|d).
Accred OPS GmbH is a sports event company founded in January 2019 and based in Martinsried, Munich. We are a small, growing team of experts in event accreditation and access management. Our clients include numerous international sports federations, such as UEFA, DFB and the French Football Federation, among others, for whom we provide consulting services and handle sports events, such as the UEFA Men’s and Women’s Champions League Finals and UEFA U-21 European Championships.
To support our team, we are looking for a full-time Project Coordinator (m|w|d), with the main focus on the UEFA Women’s EURO 2021 in England along with several other UEFA Events. This job can also be on a freelance basis and the location is flexible.
Your tasks:
- Support as well as independently manage the supervision of customers/projects
- On-site implementation of different projects
- Support in marketing and acquisition of new customers
- And much more
Your profile:
- Professional experience in event accreditation and/or access management, ideally UEFA accreditation
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel
- Flexibility for weekend work
- Fluent in English; knowing further languages would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Quick comprehension when learning processes and working with new softwares
